Legal Jargon - I have received a few concerns from bidders and potential bidders who wish to sign up to the site, but are confused regarding the legal jargon in our rules. Unfortunately, we have obligations which require the legal info to be included, however, if anyone is confused or needs clarification on any point, please feel free to contact me, or place a post here and I will do my best to clarify the point for you.
Payments - Payments are required to be made within three days of of the auction closing. Any unpaid bidders will be contacted via email on the Tuesday following the close of auction to make arrangements for payments. Payments may be made through the website by credit card, over the phone by credit card, or in our offices at 21 Patterson Road by Credit Card or Debit. Our offices are open Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
